Purpose:

Mining explosion-proof mobile power transformation station is mobile power supply and transformation equipment. It is ideal for use under coal mines with methane compound gases and dangerous explosive gases. It transforms 6, 10KV power supply into 400(380), 693(660), 1200(1140), 3450(3300)V low voltage power supply required under coal mines. It is composed of high-voltage distribution switch of mine explosion-proof mobile power transformation station. Therefore, when it is attached in KJ254 mine electric power automatic control and comprehensive measurement and monitor system to realize automatic control on power supply equipments in mining area. Then person on duty is not necessary in mining area.

Technical features:

1.       mobile substation high and low pressure side of this configuration were produced by KBG-10(6) series of high-pressure vacuum switch, BXBD-3300(1140/660) series low-voltage protection box.(see the use of specific operation manual.)

2.       when the mobile substation transformer short-circuit, breaking phase, over-temperature and low-voltage power supply overload, short-circuit, leakage atresia, over-voltage, under voltage, such as the failure to cut off the high side for protection switching.

3.       there is RS485 communication interface, configuration KJ254 mine in power monitoring system, and achieving telemetry, remote control, remote functions to attain the value of unmanned substation.

4.       user can also use high-pressure and low-pressure vacuum switch load feed switch configurations in a mobile substation high and low pressure side.
